MAROUN PREFORMANCE REHAB
MAROUN PREFORMANCE REHAB
We don’t just give exercises.
We evaluate how your body moves, identify limitations, and create a plan to restore mobility, strength, and control.
Our structured system ensures every joint moves efficiently and safely.
Step 1:
Movement Assessment
A global view of how your body moves, identifying limitations and improving joint control.
This first assessment reveals how your body moves and highlights the movement patterns that need further investigation.

Posture
Shows how your body manages gravity, alignment, and balance. Good posture sets the foundation for safe and efficient movement.

Squat Pattern
Shows how your hips, knees, and ankles move together, and reveals common compensations like side shifts, limited hip movement, or pelvic rounding.

Toe Touch
Shows your ability to expand the pelvis and lower ribcage, assess shoulder mobility, and evaluate overall flexibility and control of the posterior chain.

Apley’s Shoulder Test
Shows how well your chest and shoulders move, and where there may be restrictions or compression.

Multi-Segmental Rotation
Shows how your body coordinates rotation from the foot, knee, hip, and thorax, giving a global view of joint coordination during Rotational movements.
Step 2:
Joint Assessment (Table Test)
We then move to the table test to understand why those movement limitations exist.

We assess each major joint to:
- Idenitfy movement restrictions and compensations.
- Confirm the findings from your movement assessment.
- Pinpoint the exact joints that require attention, allowing for a more targeted training plan.
Step 3:
Strength & Mobility Training
After identifying the root cause, we build a personalized plan to restore mobility, build strength, and gain control.

- Exercises are tailored to your assessment—not a generic program.
- We improve joint mobility, stability, strength, and coordination.
- Every exercise has a purpose, helping you move with greater confidence and efficiency.
- Progress is continually reassessed and adjusted as your body improves.
Our Goal: Build a resilient body that moves well, performs well, and stays pain-free.
